Funding Programs

PCS Edventures’ STEM Education programs empower educators to deliver engaging Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) experiences to all learners. Federal funding is available to support the implementation of STEAM curricula, which enhances instruction in education organizations and expanded learning programs throughout the nation.

In 2020, nearly $200 billion of federal funding was distributed to address student learning gaps resulting from the disruption of educational services. Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELOs) support state education goals by providing safe, structured learning environments. Funding opportunities are unique to states and districts, but share a common goal: supporting and promoting learners’ success. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • the American Rescue Plan (ARP)
  • the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER)
  • the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA)

ELO funding is available to public school districts, charter schools, community based organizations, non-profits and Indian Tribe/Tribal Organizations.

Each year, nationwide funding allocated by the Department of Education for education programs are used for the purchase of PCS Edventures STEAM curriculum and materials. Organizations that take advantage of these funds include: GEAR UP (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs), 21st Century Community Learning Centers and Career and Technical Education (CTE). As the fiscal year 2024 budget is being finalized, be sure to check back for more information on new, available opportunities.
