PCS Edventures Giveaway Rules
The following rules apply to all PCS Edventures giveaways/sweepstakes/contests ("Promotions") unless otherwise stated on the Promotion's page or post.
Eligibility:
- No purchase necessary to enter.
- Open to educators over the age of 18, working in a formal or informal learning environment.
- Open to residents in the continental United States, excluding AK, HI, PR and RI.
Winner Announcement:
- Winners will be contacted via email or via social direct message after the giveaway's end date.
- To accept the prize, winners agree to submit a photo and a brief statement on how they plan to use the prize, and grant PCS Edventures permission to use these materials across marketing efforts.
Rules & Offer Terms:
- Entries may not include copyrighted material.
- At the discretion of PCS Edventures, entries that include illegal, harmful or offensive material will be disqualified.
- Any social media post entries must use the hashtags provided on the Promotion page or post.
- By entering, you agree to allow PCS Edventures to store and use the information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- For prize communication distribution, winners need to subscribe.
Our Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the platforms on which they are shared, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube. Participants must fully release and hold these platforms harmless from liability.
