Discover STEM LAB-Dynamic Duo


Double the STEM, double the fun! The Discover STEM Lab is the equivalent of two STEM Labs from PCS. This Lab is designed to ignite student’s curiosity and foster education. The Discover STEM Lab includes enlightening hands-on projects in a perfect blend of education and fun. Using this lab students work with manipulatives from LEGO, K’NEX, fischertechnik and more to perform science projects, build machines, experiment with geometry, and imagine their own creations. This Lab is the perfect STEM solution for classroom,  after-school programs or summer camps.

Science Module: BrickLAB STEM Foundations Physics

Force and motion are studied giving students the opportunity to experiment with the different types. Newton’s laws of motion, the work formula and the effects of friction are also covered with engaging, experiential activities that would make anyone want to become a physicist! Students are also challenged to examine and relate scientific topics to the world around them using scientific vocabulary, specific to the physical sciences. Math Module:  K'nex Intermediate Math & Geometry

The K'NEX® Education Intermediate Math & Geometry set is designed to address critical mathematics concepts in the upper elementary school classroom and provide instructional models that will enhance students' understanding of important concepts and algorithms.
