AORC Curriculum contains 11 open-ended challenges (International Space Station, Houdini Robotic Devices, Robot Digger, and Line Bot for example). Each project includes 4 mini challenges to prepare students for the main challenge. The Introductory Curriculum for fischertechnik elements contains 11 units that familiarize students with the building elements and specific robotic necessities like end effectors and gear trains. PCS hosts international online challenges twice a year and teams participate from all over the world.
