Grades 4-6 STEM Lab

 
Technology Module: Digital Video  Students are challenged to create 12 video projects that reinforce and enhance their regular classroom learning as well inspire them to express their creativity and imagination.  Includes a high quality camcorder, tripod, and accessories.

Engineering Module: Principles of Engineering Using over 600 LEGO elements, students build 12 different projects that demonstrate some of the fundamental principles of engineering.  

Math Module: Geometry Students use over 900 K'NEX elements to reinforce the geometry lessons taught during their regular school day. Learning math can be difficult for some students and using hands-on materials is a great way to reach your kinesthetic learners.

Curriculum: Each lab comes with 48 activities (12 per STEM module).Click here to download a sample activity from each module. Each module comes with a Teacher's Guide and two sets of the curriculumin an Organization Binder for easy clean up and organization.

Lab: Each lab contains four modules, one per STEM subject area. ight students can work independently or in teams.

Modules: Each module contains enough building elements or supplies or two students to work independently or as a team.

Merit System: An easy-to-use framework for students to progress through the activities at their own pace.

Organization: The Lab is organized in a mobile, modular furniture unit which allows it to be stored away in a closet and easily moved from room to room.
