A Peek Down the Tunnel
Storytelling gets a new look in this hands-on STEAM activity! Inspired by the projects found in the Plants and Seeds Enrichment Program, this STEM freebie challenges students to create a three-dimensional work of art known as a tunnel book. Using an understanding of depth, perspective and imagery, it’s their job to create a visual, multi-layered illustration to tell a unique story.
Plants and Seeds incorporates arts integration techniques from the Sun Valley Museum of Art. They offer a wealth of free lesson plans that put the A in STEAM. Try using their videos and lessons to supplement this freebie!
