The WizKitsTM, coupled with the fully interactive CD and/or Web Supported Curriculum provide you with the first totally portable, actual hands-on system with a built-in teacher. (All research shows that the best way to really understand scientific principles is by "doing" science - even for educators).

Synopsis:
Would you like to give your teachers a boost in their science understanding? Many teachers are uncomfortable with teaching science, mainly because of their own experiences. This course will change it!
Using a combination of unique and special WizKitsTM and training techniques, this course will bring your teachers to a comfort zone both in knowledge and practice; putting them on the path of becoming better teachers in science (we all know how much a good teacher makes a difference).
During the training, participants do between 10 to 40 actual hands-on activities (depending on the length of the course) using the special WizKitsTM, plus collecting and analyzing data using the portable WizLog PROTM with sensors. With the help of an instructor, or interactive CD or Web, the participants learn how to deliver inquiry-based instruction, with an emphasis of really understanding the basic principles of science.
Courses can be customized to your requirements. Examples:

- One or Two week, hands-on course or Summer Institute (Optional College Credits or CEUs)
